财政大臣 John Healey 在 Autumn Budget 2026 中宣布，撤回原先打算下调现金 Isa 额度的安排，因此 under-65s 的现金 Isa 额度维持在 £20,000 不变。
这也意味着，原本计划针对 stocks and shares Isa 里未投资现金推出的 22% 税不会实施，放在 stocks and shares Isa 里的现金继续免税。
文章同时提到，原先准备防止人们把 stocks and shares Isa 当作持有现金工具的“anti-circumvention rules”也一并取消。
除此之外，财政大臣还宣布就首次把钱投入 stocks and shares Isa 的人推出新激励措施征求意见，但目前没有公布具体形式。
