Propertymark calls for local licensing to be replaced as national landlord database prepares to launch

Propertymark呼吁英国政府在全国私人出租住房数据库完全运作后，取消英格兰现有的自由裁量地方房东许可方案。英国政府确认，名为“Register your rental property”的全国房东登记服务将于12月15日启动，先在西米德兰兹运行，随后在12个月内扩展到英格兰；在英格兰实际出租房产的房东最终都需要登记。
